A lot of people think Kenneth only train athletes and some personal trainers. It's not true. I train general population as well.
Cheea is a working mommy, one daughter with few pets. She is a high-school teacher. You can tell how much does she need to deal with the stress level at this moment.
She understands that being a mom who needs to be an example of her child. Be tough, be active, be healthy.
She also agrees that she can't change the external environment, but she can change her mind, turn negative into positive to train at the gym. She can release her stress from the training.
